About Shipping
All LITA MATZ products are made to order and are handmade, and production may take up to 14 business days.
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped to ensure quality and safety. Domestic deliveries will be shipped via Japan Post, Yamato Transport, or Sagawa Express. For international deliveries, we use EMS for standard delivery and DHL for international express. If you order from overseas, you may be subject to customs duties and import taxes based on your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
LITA MATZ is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

About shipping fees
Standard shipping costs 550 yen (tax included) nationwide. If the size of your order is too large for standard shipping, it will be shipped by courier, which will cost 1,100 yen (tax included) nationwide. This option will be automatically selected at checkout.
About international shipping
Standard shipping is International Medium, which costs 3,000 yen (tax included). For some items that are larger than standard shipping, we charge International Large, which costs 5,000 yen (tax included). This option will be automatically selected at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
All purchases made through the LITA MATZ online store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for initial defects. If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at info@litamatz.com before placing your order. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

About repairs
LITA MATZ products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If any damage occurs within this period, we will repair it free of charge. Repairs are also possible after the warranty period has expired, but you will be responsible for the repair costs.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for repairs. Please note that repairs may not be possible depending on the availability of materials. If you would like to have your item repaired, please contact info@litamatz.com with details and photos of the damage. Please contact us.
Regarding product handling
LITA MATZ products are all handmade using high-quality materials carefully selected from both Japan and overseas. Because they use natural materials such as glass, crystal, natural stone, pearls, shells, and sterling silver, each piece has a different texture, and no two products are exactly alike.
Due to the nature of the materials, some items are delicate, so please handle and store with care. Avoid dropping them on hard surfaces or subjecting them to strong impacts.
In addition, precious metals such as silver may oxidize and discolor due to moisture in the air and skin oils. After use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in the included bag or box. We recommend keeping the item as dry as possible. If discoloration is visible, gently polish with a polishing cloth specifically designed for silver or gold.
